IP Address Checker

Enter any public IP address to check its approximate location, ISP, ASN, hostname, timezone, and coordinates.

How to use the IP checker

Paste a public IPv4 or IPv6 address into the search box and run the lookup. The tool will try to show approximate location, network owner, ASN, hostname, timezone, and coordinates. This is useful when you want to understand an unknown login alert, a server address, a VPN endpoint, or an address shown in logs.

What IP lookup data means

IP lookup data is not a person lookup. It usually identifies the organisation that controls the network, such as an ISP, hosting provider, cloud platform, mobile carrier, or VPN provider. Location is approximate and may point to a city, region, datacentre, or network exchange.

When results are incomplete

Some IP addresses do not have useful hostname or city data. Mobile networks, VPN servers, IPv6 allocations, and corporate networks can return broad or generic results. If the location looks wrong, the database may be outdated or the IP may be routed through infrastructure somewhere else.
